Awful. I never leave reviews but this really was so bad!! It's really grubby and disgusting. I was given a room with filthy sheets,filthy walls. They showed me another room - there were insects all over the bathroom floor and still filthy sheets and walls, it also smelt terribly. Cleanliness and maintenance is REALLY BAD. My window was broken. Everything, even the bins are full of rust,limescale and just rank. Do NOT stay here. Even for the price it is way below standard - I have stayed in many places at this price in India and none as bad as this. I changed hotels after 1 awful,grubby night. You can find much better. I was tricked because I thought the location was great being next to the metro but rickshaws are so cheap that you can easily jump to the metro for 50 rupees. Also the service was terrible, staff were really unfriendly, didn't even offer to carry a bag as I went up and down the stairs to see these rooms (I had three bags). They knocked the door at 10:30am to ensure I met the checkout time of this grubby awful place....like I wanted to stay any longer??!! Shower was terrible. It just all felt gross

I had a wonderful stay at Octave Fairmont Suites. The hotel is conveniently located near Indira Nagar metro station and 100 feet road, which has a lot of restaurants and pubs to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality and affordable stay in Bangalore , Indira Nagar.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Octavia Fairmont Suites in Indira Nagar and couldn't recommend it more highly! Here's why: Location, Location, Location: Absolutely fantastic! Right next to the Indira Nagar metro station and within walking distance of the bustling 100ft Road. Getting around was a breeze, and I had my pick of amazing restaurants and pubs just steps away. No need for cabs in this central location! Comfort & Cleanliness: My suite was a haven of peace and comfort. Spacious, well-equipped with everything I needed (including a great kitchen!), and sparkling clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping things tidy and fresh. Friendly & Helpful Staff: From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone at Octavia Fairmont Suites was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, answering questions, offering recommendations, and even arranging late checkout when my flight got delayed. Value for Money: Considering the excellent location, spacious and clean suites, and friendly service, I felt Octavia Fairmont Suites offered exceptional value for money. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend for: Travelers who want a central location in Indira Nagar Those seeking modern, comfortable, and well-equipped suites Anyone looking for friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile Tips for future guests: Reserve your suite in advance, especially during peak season. I had 1 simple humble request clean towels and and clean sheets. Which were failed to be met. The hotel itself, does not look very well maintained. Washroom hygiene is remarkable, however the hand soap and body wash are literally water 💀. Wish they could fix these issues, I was just looking for a quiet peaceful clean nap before work tomorrow.

Co-operative Staff who help us when it was needed. The locality is also great. Improvement in the infrastructure would be a great addition for the long term. The ambiance really has impressed us with the flexibility definitely requiring a tip of the hat.

Staff is okay. Maintenence is NOT.good. Cigarette smell all over room. Ratings are misleading. Bed was not clean, Could see some stains. Paint has fallen out from walls.Not so pleasant . Did not havea 3* hotel experience :(

This to me is the hotel of horrors! Stayed here for 3 days and this is probably the worst hotel I have stayed at. And trust me I have stayed at quite a few and I don't usually rate anybody so poorly. I checked in late on day 1 and upon checking in I was greeted the smallest room ever with barely any space to move around. I bet it was so cozy, you could touch all four walls just by standing in the middle. The room smelled of cigarettes and toilet was dirty. Yea, that delightful aroma of cigarettes permeating the air... nothing says 'relaxation' like the scent of an ashtray, am I right? And to add to the misery the shower cap was broken as well. They let me change the room to a bigger room on the last day and guess what I was greeted with a barely cleaned room again with a deluge of water inside for which I had to arrange for old newspapers so I could walk around with my feet not getting wet. The AC wasn't working either. The MCB apparently got tripped and got it fixed upon several requests. And just when after all the ordeal I decided to sleep I heard a squeaking voice from inside the AC vent. Yea, it was a rat. I could barely get any sleep at all with the rat running around the room at blazing speeds. And let's not forget Mr. Reception desk Moron, the great enforcer of the 11 AM eviction law. Because, you know, nothing screams 'hospitality' like a demanding order to vacate your subpar paradise. It's like they took the 'hospitality' out of 'hotel' and replaced it with 'Lol'!
